The talk is directed at young trainees and surgeons and describes the trials, tribulations and joys of pediatric surgical practice in rural India. Dr.Jadhav draws extensively on his own experiences and career. Dr.Jadhav runs a very successful pediatric surgical centre in Sangli, Maharashtra.

This presentation by Dr.Tyggve Neveus from Uppasala Sweden,introduces and explains the terminology by the ICCS for lower urinary tract symptoms. This new system of terminology is now accepted and used around the world. The talk was presented at the ICCS conference held in New Delhi in later 2009.
